In short: by using Cycle Sync you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older.
These terms are between you and Reachly Apps of 918 Tartan Trail, Highland Village, Texas 75077, United States ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Cycle Sync you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under 18, you should read these terms with a parent or guardian.
In short: Cycle Sync is a wellness app, not a doctor. Nothing in it is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a dose. Do not use it for contraception or to get pregnant.
This is the most important term in this document.
Cycle Sync provides general wellness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device.
supplement, that amount is what *you* typed from your own product label. The app repeats it back to you and may compare it to a published FDA Daily Value. It never calculates, recommends or adjusts a dose.
They are not a diagnosis, not contraception, and not a fertility treatment. Do not use Cycle Sync to prevent or achieve pregnancy.

Always talk to a doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian before changing what you eat or what you take, and especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in this app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
In short: the plate scan uses AI and AI gets things wrong, so check its answer before you rely on it. The food photos in the app are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of the exact dish.
Two parts of Cycle Sync involve AI, and we want you to know exactly which ones.
The plate scan. When you scan a meal, a downscaled copy of your photo is sent through our server to Google's Gemini model, which suggests what foods are in the picture. The model only identifies foods; every nutrient figure is then computed on your device from a fixed table of published values. AI identification is a guess, and it can be wrong: it can miss a food, mistake one food for another, or misjudge a portion. Always review what the scan found before you rely on it, and never use the scan to check whether food is safe for you, for example for an allergy, an intolerance, or a religious or medical dietary rule. Neither we nor Google keep your plate photos, and we do not use them to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the full data path.
Images in the app. The recipe and article images in Cycle Sync are AI-generated illustrations, created with Google's image generation tools. They show an idea of a dish or a scene, not a photograph of the exact food you will cook. An image is decoration, not a nutrition claim: what matters is the ingredient list and the figures beside it.
No AI in Cycle Sync writes your health information, decides a dose, or generates medical guidance. The recipe library, nutrient content and evidence notes are authored and reviewed by people.
In short: you can browse without an account, but saving anything requires signing in with Apple or Google, because everything you save is backed up to your account.

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deleting it deletes the synced copy of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
In short: the free tier is genuinely usable but has daily limits. Premium is billed by Apple, renews automatically, and is cancelled in your device Settings. Refunds come from Apple.
Cycle Sync is free to download and includes a genuinely usable free tier. Some features are available only with Cycle Sync Premium, and some free features have fair-use limits, for example a daily number of recommendations and plate scans. We may adjust those limits; if we materially reduce what the free tier includes, we will tell you in the app first.

If your subscription lapses, is cancelled or is refunded, premium features stop. Everything in the free tier, and everything you have already saved on your device, remains yours.
In short: use the app personally and lawfully. Do not scrape our servers, resell our content, or use partner sharing to track someone without their agreement.
You may use Cycle Sync for your own personal, non-commercial use.

In short: what you create is yours. We only get the narrow permission needed to run the app for you, and we never train AI on it.
Recipes, notes, symptoms and other content you create stay yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the app for you: to store your content, to back it up and sync it on your account, to show your shared snapshot to a partner you invited, and to process a plate photo when you ask for a scan.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not publish it.
In short: importing a recipe from a website or a Pinterest pin makes a personal copy for you. You are responsible for what you import, and rights holders can write to us.
Cycle Sync can import a recipe from a web page you share to it, including a Pinterest pin, which the app follows to the page the pin points at. The import makes a copy for your own personal, non-commercial use, like writing a recipe into your own notebook.
You are responsible for what you choose to import. Imported pages, their recipes and their photos belong to the sites that published them and remain subject to those sites' own terms. Cycle Sync does not claim any rights over them, does not publish them, and does not share them with other users.
If you own the rights to content and believe it has been misused in connection with Cycle Sync, email [email protected] with "Copyright" in the subject line, identifying the content and where you saw it, and we will respond promptly.
In short: partner sharing is opt-in, shows only a small summary, and either person can stop it at any time.
Cycle Sync Together lets you share a deliberately small snapshot, your current phase and a supportive summary, with one partner who enters your invite code. It never shares your symptoms, notes, recipes or health details.
Sharing is your choice. You can stop sharing, and your partner can stop receiving, at any time; stopping removes the shared snapshot. Only invite someone you trust, and only enter a code that was given to you knowingly by the person it belongs to.
In short: the app, its recipes, its content and its name are ours. The reference data it cites comes from public health sources.
The app, its design, its recipe library, its nutrient and evidence content, its images, and the Cycle Sync name are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The dietary reference information the app cites is drawn from public sources including the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and ACOG, which have their own terms.
In short: parts of the app run on Apple, Google, Meta, PostHog, Cloudflare and public food databases. Their terms and uptime are theirs, not ours.
Cycle Sync relies on services we do not control: Apple (App Store, in-app purchase, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, SKAdNetwork), Google (Sign-In, Firebase authentication and partner sync, Gemini for plate identification), Meta (measurement of the ads we run on Facebook and Instagram, described in section 12a of our Privacy Policy), PostHog (measurement of how the app itself is used, described in section 12 of our Privacy Policy), Cloudflare (our server), the USDA FoodData Central database, Open Food Facts and the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control. Links to external sources open in your browser and we are not responsible for what they contain.
In short: we try to keep everything running, but online features need the internet and no service is perfect.
We aim to keep Cycle Sync working, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Features that need an internet connection, such as the plate scan, recipe import, barcode lookups, partner sharing and account backup, will not work without one. We may change, suspend or retire features, and we will try to give reasonable notice when a change is significant. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power failures, or acts of government.
In short: the app is provided as-is, our liability is capped, and nothing here takes away rights the law says you always have.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cycle Sync is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any estimate, suggestion or nutrition figure is accurate or suitable for you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here overrides them. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
In short: if your misuse of the app gets us sued, you cover the cost.
If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, infringed someone's rights using the app, or misused the app, you agree to cover the losses, including reasonable legal fees, that the claim causes us. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these terms, and it never limits any consumer rights your local law gives you. We may take over the defence of any such claim at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate reasonably if we do.
In short: stop any time by deleting the app. We can suspend accounts that break the rules, and we will say why.
You may stop using Cycle Sync at any time by deleting it, and you may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us. Sections 2, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of this agreement.
In short: Texas law applies. Talk to us first; most problems are fixable with an email. Otherwise, courts in Denton County, Texas, or your local consumer courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting any formal dispute, email [email protected] with "Dispute" in the subject and a description of the problem, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you informally. Most problems are fixable this way.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where you live, if it qualifies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
In short: Apple is not a party to these terms but may enforce them, and you promise you are not barred from US app downloads.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Cycle Sync. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or listed as a prohibited party, and that you will comply with applicable export law.
In short: the usual legal housekeeping: this is the whole agreement, broken clauses get severed, and notices arrive in the app or by email.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Cycle Sync. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the app, and will tell you if we do. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship. You agree that we can give you notices in the app or by email associated with your account.
In short: if we change something that matters, you will see it in the app before it applies to you.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will raise the effective date and tell you in the app before it applies to you. Continuing to use Cycle Sync after that means you accept the updated terms.
